- How much does shipping cost?
Eyewear -
Domestic:
We offer free standard shipping (7 - 10 business days for delivery) across India. Your product will generally be shipped via either Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx or the next best alternative.
We also offer express shipping (3 - 5 business days for delivery), at an additional charge of Rs. 750.
International:
For international orders, we offer free express shipping (7 - 10 business days for delivery, subject to any delays at customs) for order above INR 20,000/-
For orders below INR 20,000/-, there is a standard shipping rate of Rs. 2,500.
We use DHL Express to ship our international orders. In the case DHL doesn't service a particular zip code, we use the next best alternative.
Contact Lenses –
Will be shipped within 3 – 4 business days of receipt of order for most lenses. Certain special lenses may take longer to dispatch.
Please note that if you have ordered multiple products together, we will ship all products together to reduce environmental impact.
In case your order is being significantly delayed, we shall keep you informed.
- How to return my order:
We have a 7-day exchange policy.
Kindly inform us about your intent to exchange the product within 7 days of receiving it. We shall be happy to exchange your product or offer you store credit for future use subject to our shipping & returns policy. Please note, all sales are final and we have a no refund policy.

In how much time will I receive my order after you ship it?
You will receive an intimation along with a tracking no. once your product has been shipped
Within Delhi – You should generally receive your product within 1 – 3 business days of it being shipped
Outside Delhi – You should generally receive your product within 2 – 5 business days of it being shippedIn case your order deliveries are being delayed beyond these general timelines, we shall keep you informed. Please note, delays may occur due to events that are out of our control such as weather, holidays etc. If this happens, we will not be able to refund the express shipping charges (if any)
